David Artigue is the Founder and Managing Partner of Elite Strategy Partners, a Korea-based strategic advisory firm supporting companies, investors, and leadership teams navigating complex cross-border environments across Asia.

As Founder and Managing Partner, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees multidisciplinary advisory engagements across corporate strategy, geopolitical risk, market positioning, and executive-level decision support throughout Asia. Working alongside a multidisciplinary advisory team, he directs the firm’s approach across strategic expansion, regional coordination, competitive positioning, and high-stakes business environments shaped by structural economic and geopolitical change.

With more than 20 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience across multiple industries and international markets, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective combining strategic analysis, operational leadership, and regional market understanding.

Before founding Elite Strategy Partners, he led and advised businesses operating across Asia in environments requiring cross-border coordination, commercial adaptation, and long-term strategic positioning. His experience includes working with international companies, regional stakeholders, and leadership teams navigating market complexity across regional Asian markets.

His advisory approach is grounded in a core principle: strategy must reflect the realities of the operating environment — not only market assumptions or theoretical frameworks.

Today, Elite Strategy Partners operates as a selective senior-led advisory platform under his leadership, combining direct partner engagement with multidisciplinary advisory support tailored to each mandate. The firm maintains a limited number of engagements to preserve depth, confidentiality, and close strategic alignment with client leadership teams.

Based in Korea and operating across Asia, the firm’s perspective is shaped by regional industrial ecosystems, geopolitical and economic shifts, supply chain transformation, market-entry complexity, cross-border operating coordination, and evolving Asian business dynamics.

Rather than offering standardized consulting models, the firm focuses on context-driven strategic advisory adapted to each client’s positioning, sector environment, and regional objectives.
